The Louisiana Thoracic Society, medical section of the Louisiana Tuberculosis Association, will h old its annual meeting and scientific sessions at the Frances Hotel in Monroe on Friday and Saturday, according to John J. Walsh, M.D., president of the professional society of 250 Louisiana chest specialists, pediatricians and general practitioners. James W. Raleigh, M.D, medical director, American Thoracic Society, New York, NY will be the featured speaker at the opening luncheon session Friday and will discuss, "Primary Drug Resistant Tuberculosis."
