Mayor Victor H. Schiro displays the architectE™s drawing of the $500,000 hangar which will be built by Delta Air Lines Incorporated at the New Orleans International Airport (Moisant Field). Plans for more than $1 million of new construction at New Orleans International Airport (Moisant) were announced Thursday. The plans, announced by Mayor Victor H. Schiro and H. T. MonteE Shalett, chairman of the New Orleans aviation board, include: A $500,000 hangar and six air-conditioned portable jetways leading from the terminal to departing passenger planes.
