Riverwood on Tchefuncte, one of swank new areas. Modern residential planning in St. Tammany parish is giving great impetus to the use of subsurface electric distribution. Charles Goodgame, Covington, division manager for Central Louisiana Electric Co., says more underground wiring has been installed or planned in the parish than any other section of the state, except for New Orleans.
