Setting the cornerstone in place for the Salvation Army Corps Citadel at S, Claiborne and Cadiz are (from left) Major Walter Wolfe, master of ceremonies; Fred Guice, building and project chairman, and Captain Glen Winters, corps commanding officer. The fireproof brick building costs approximately $275,000 and covers about 30,000 square feet. It houses a chapel, kitchen and recreation room as well as classrooms and offices.
