Appointment of Richard A. Stanley as resident vice president for the Louisville and Nashville Railroad with headquarters in New Orleans was announced Thursday by William H. Kendall Thursday by William H. Kendall, L&N president. The appointment is effective December 1. Stanley, a veteran railroad man and specialist in freight and passenger traffic and export and import matters, has been Gulf Coast traffic manager for the railroad since 1962.
