Nine Russians were in New Orleans Wednesday despite earlier speculation that their trip might be cancelled because of spy charges against members of a similar group of Americans which toured Russia in September. The group arrived here late Tuesday afternoon, and Wednesday visited two offshore drilling platforms about 20 miles off Grand Isle. Visiting an oil drilling platform about 20 miles off Grand Isle, Louisiana, Wednesday are three members of a Russian delegation and an American oil company executive. From left are D.N. The platform is operated by Continental for the CATC group (Continental, Atlantic, Tidewater and Cities Service).
