1970 Press Photo Soviet Pioneers discuss transgression of class commanders.

During a meeting of the Pioneers, an organization of Soviet schoolchildren, members discuss what to do in the case of one of their class commanders who went swimming with seven of his men in violation of rules. After the eight youths admitted their transgression and asked to be forgiven, other Pioneers agreed to put them on probation.
