1961 Press Photo DIrectors of Gretna Recreation & Instruction Department working

Making plans for organizing a battalion of Rangers for boys 7 1/2 years of age and over in the Gretna and West Jefferson area are Roy Blanchard and Wilson A. Russell, directors of the newly created Gretna Recreation and Instruction Department, under which the program will be carried out. Parents wishing their boys to join the Ranger group may call Blanchard at FOrest 6-1886 or Russell at FOrest 1-0770 or may enlist their boys at the meeting on August 23.
