1970 Press Photo Czar's Bell Rests on Stone Pedestal Inside Kremlin Wall

Resting on a stone pedestal inside the Kremlin walls is a bell which is almost as much a tourist attraction to the Russians as the Liberty Bell is to Americans. Called the Czar's Bell, it was cast in 1737. Its height is 19 feet, and its weight is 197 tons.
