1960 Press Photo Secretary of State Dean Rusk to speak in New Orleans

Secretary of State Dean Rusk will speak at the annual award presentation of the Better Government Group of Jefferson Parish to be held October 22 at the Hilton Inn. Albert M. Daniel, Jr., President of the group, said Rusk confirmed his appearance in a letter to U.S. Representative Hale Boggs. Boggs is to receive the organization's "Jefferson Parish Man of the Year" award at the event.
