Description
Ralph A. Rusca of New Orleans has been appointed chief of the Cotton Mechanical Laboratory of the Southern Utilization Research and Development Division, United States Department of Agriculture. Rusca, formerly head of the division's machine development investigations, succeeds R. J. Cheatham, who retired last December.
