A Chicago business and finance executive who heads the International Shrines Fraternal Order said Saturday in New Orleans that he favored raising the price of gold to curb the outflow from this country. Thomas F. Seay, imperial potentate of the Fraternal Order of Shriners, advocated raising the price of gold in line with the rate of inflation.
