1977 Press Photo Archbishop Philip M. Hannan Gives Official Blessing at St. Ann

Archbishop Philip M. Hannan performs the official blessing of St. Ann Church and Shrine on Transcontinental Drive, Metairie at a Sunday Mass at the church. The church, one of two shrines to St. Ann, has been in operation since last October. The Archfraternity of St. Ann provided the funds for the church.
