Either or--Campaign workers for Plaquemines Commission Council candidate Brian Bubrig erect a campaign sign between two for those of candidate Germaine B. Curley on Louisiana 23 near Nairn in lower Plaquemines Parish. At left is Leroy Williams, and at right, Dwain Bubrig, son of the candidate. Bubrig and Curley are seeking the 7th District seat on the council.
