The family and friends of a 7-year-old New Orleans girl who was struck by a car as she walked along the median of Dwyer Road Sunday are grief stricken. The girl, identified as Ha My Mary Nguyen, 13931 Dwyer Road, was struck by a car driven by Hein Minh Phan, 18. The accident occurred at 9:02 a.m. in the 14000 block of Dwyer Road.
