Election of Kennard B. Ross, 58 Fontainebleau dr., as a vice president of Johnson & Higgins of Louisiana Inc., was announced today by Dorrance Sexton, New York, chairman of the parent firm. Ross joined Johnson & Higgins, international insurance brokers and employe benefit plan consultants, in 1965 as manager of the employe benefit plan department.
