New York Life Insurance - Wilfred Romero and Dudley Dowell. Wilfred A. Romero, C.L.U. (right), general manager of New York Life Insurance Company's Tulane general office in New Orleans, receives the company's presidential award from President Dudley Dowell. Mr. Romero won the award, given for the best personal record in agency building in 1967, in competition with 292 New York Life general managers. The award was presented at a recent meeting in Miami Beach.
