Dr. Thomas O. Nicklas testifies at hearing --- Four hours of testimony given by Dr. Thomas O. Nicklas here Wednesday in the general court-martial of Captain Sanford Wolfson brought a smile and this comment from defense counsel Howard B. McClellan: "That kicked the government in the face." The press was excluded from actual taking of deposition, which will be used in general court-martial proceedings in Naha, Okinawa, next week.
