1963 Press Photo U.S. Department of Commerce exhibit- New Orleans Public Library

Opening Monday for public inspection in the New Orleans Public Library was an exhibit sponsored by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Several department agencies are represented in the exhibit, including the Weather Bureau, Coast and Geodetic Survey, Maritime Administration, Bureau of Public Roads, Patent Office, Census Bureau, Travel Service and National Bureau of Standards. The exhibit will open daily, except Sunday, through September 19.
