Baptist Hospital Founders' Day - W. Wilber Pope and Men. Special tribute was paid to W. Wilber Pope (left) and J. Everett Eaves Sr. (right) at a Baptist Hospital Founders' Day luncheon Tuesday in the Royal Orleans. Eaves was general chairman of the fund drive and Pope was head of the special gifts division. Also shown here are hospital administrator Raymond C. Wilson (second from right) and Dr. Walter F. Becker, who participated in the program. Friends and supporters of Southern Baptist Hospital were honored Tuesday at a Founders' Day luncheon at the Royal Orleans Hotel. The hospital paid special tribute to J. Everett Eaves Sr., general chairman of the fund drive; W. Wilber Pope, special gifts division; and J. Thomas Ross who helped to organize the branch office division. Ross was out of town.
