Parish Prison - Parking Lot for Jurors. The Criminal District Court jurors -- though still uncompensated -- now have a place to park. At a session yesterday, the City Council unanimously passed an ordinance reserving the 94-space metered parking lot next to Parish Prison for jurors on a 90-day trial basis.
