1954 Press Photo Mary Louise Steele receives $100 check from the Ice Breakers

Miss Mary Louise Steele, left, receives a $100 check on behalf of the Association for the Development of Pre-School Blind Children from Beth Lemle and Rusty Barkerding, representing the Ice Breakers, a club of seventh- and eight-grade school children. The funds were given by the children through a Penny Fair.
