Listening is Frank Cazanove, Hammond postmaster and president of the association. -- Postal Violation Arrests Cited by Inspector Here -- Postal inspectors made 858 arrests in Louisiana and Texas for offenses ranging from armed robbery to obscenity during the first five months of 1964, the region's chief inspector said in New Orleans today. Lloyd H. Stevens of Fort Worth, Texas, postal inspector in charge of the two states, interviewed at the Sheraton-Charles Hotel, said his staff of 76 is responsible for enforcing 344 separate criminal statues.
