1953 Press Photo Sailors Await Netherlands Minister, Algiers Naval Station

American and Netherlands sailors await the arrival of Mr. A. B. Speekenbrink, Netherlands Minister Plenipotentiary in the United States who attended the transfer of an American minesweeper to the Netherlands government under the Mutual Defense Assistance program. The Netherlands government received the ship at ceremonies this morning at the Algiers Naval Station.
