Harbor Master's building modern in style. Features entertainment room, widow's walk. Yachtsmen of New Orleans are probably jumping up and down with joy over the new marina, now nearing completion at West End. Already a thing of beauty, the marina, when finished, will be one of the finest boat facilities in America. It is being erected by the Orleans levee board at a cost of $1,800,000 and will be dedicated this Sunday afternoon.
