Neikirk, executive vice-president of the Virginia Military Institute Foundation, Incorporated, will address seniors at St. Martin's school at 3 pm and members of the VMI Alumni chapter at 6:30 pm at International House tomorrow. Mr. Nelkirk spoke at Newman School and New Orleans Academy today.
