1961 Press Photo Richard H. Nelson, general manager Boeing's Michoud Branch

Two of Boeing's top engineers will head the list of personnel to come to New Orleans. They are Richard H. Nelson, general manager of Boeing's Michoud branch, and George H. Stoner, general manager for Saturn boosters. Nelson, a native of St. Paul, Minnesota, has been active in the missile field since 1946. He was project officer then for a two stage surface-to-air missile and helped plan Air Force missile test facilities in Mexico and Utah.
