Nelson, general manager of the Boeing Aerospace Company's Saturn Apollo-Skylab Division has been presented the Distinguished Public Service Medal, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's highest award. NASA Administrator James C. Fletcher made the presentation in Washington at a ceremony attended by Apollo 17 astronauts Ronald Evans and Harrison (Jack) Schmitt.
