Subject of controversy is the 300-year-or-more-old oak tree in the 300 block of Audubon St. Growing mainly on city property of Walter J. Jung Jr. of 373 Audubon St. Spokesmen for the Parkway and Park Commission said Jung has cut the roots and may have done irreparable damage. The matter may have to be settled in court.
