1951 Press Photo Alf Nielsen of the Louisiana Dairy Products Association

Alf F. Nielsen, Florida creamery executive, was on the dairy group's program to tell what mill and dairy products could do to help rehabilitate Europe from a food and economy standpoint. A plea for more support by the dairy industry for the public information program of the Milk Industry Foundation was before the convention of the Louisiana Dairy Products Association today. The plea was made by E.B. Kellogg, Washington, secretary of the foundation.
