1956 Press Photo Generators at A.B. Paterson Steam-Electric Generating Station

This impressive-looking piece of equipment is one of four modern turbo-generators now in operation at A.B. Paterson Steam-Electric Generating Station on the Industrial Canal. They are capable of producing 220,000 kilowatts of electricity, representing a bit more than half of Public Service's present system capability of 420,000 kilowatts.
