Conferring Friday night following dedication ceremonies at the new home of the Felix L. Veau Chapter No. 10 Disabled American Veterans are Maurice Serpas, post commander, and Councilman James A. Moreau. Moreau gave the principal address at the facility, located at 3355 Dumaine Street.
