Miss Ann Elliott Meyer, daughter of Captain and Mrs. William R. Meyer, is the Navy-Navy League Princess in the Memphis, Tennessee Cotton Carnival. Miss Meyer is the granddaughter of the late Mr. Arthur Duvic Jr. and Mrs. Duvic of Calhoun Street, New Orleans, Louisiana. A sophomore at the University of Maryland, Miss Meyer is a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and has been a Pan-Hellenic representative and a member of the Homecoming Committee.
