1966 Press Photo Jerry Meunier of the Teen Cancer Program campaign - nob94807

Every photo in our collection is an original vintage print from a newspaper or news service archive, not a digital image. Please see our FAQ for more information.

Description
Jerry Meunier typifies many teens who are interviewed for this column. He feels that being a "Terrific Teen" means abandoning all modesty in telling his accomplishments. No, so, though. All teen-agers are called for an interview on the basis of their achievements and participation, a record brought to our attention in letters from adults who deal with young people and who therefore are familiar with their achievements. Jerry's list of accomplishments is impressive. A senior this year at Jesuit High School, he has been quite "mixed up in diseases." He was the Teen Chairman for the Leukemia drive and the Jesuit chairman for the Teen-Age March of Dimes. Now it's the Teen Cancer program campaign.

Photo is dated 1966.

Photo measures 8 x 10 inches.
