1967 Press Photo Three bandits wearing masks held up National Bank of Commerce

Three bandits wearing stocking masks today held up the National Bank of Commerce branch at 3200 Magazine, escaping with a reported $60,000. A witness said the three came into the front door of the bank at 10 a.m. with pistols drawn, carrying paper bags.
