Partially blind students help those who can't see to master square dancing. - The room is a whirl of motion. Recorded sounds of banjo and accordion are punctuated by the thumping of fast-skipping feet. Scene is the Louisiana State School for the Blind in Baton Rouge, where square dance lessons are part of a Physical Education program that is opening up a whole new world to the 123 children living at the school.
