Doctor Arthur P. Lien assistant director of the chemical products division of the Standard Oil Company's research laboratory at Whitting, Indiana, and winner of the American Chemical Society award in petroleum chemistry for 1954, will address the Louisiana section of the society Thursday at 8 p.m. in the chemistry building at Tulane university. His subject will be, "Acid Base Complexes and Their Role in Catalytic Resistance." The public is invited.
