The Piazza Gran Madre De Dio, Turin, Italy, as seen from the air. In the right foreground is the Victor Emanuel Bridge. Military objectives in Turin were the targets for bombs of British Royal Air Force raiders on June 12th as the British carried the war to their new enemy.
