Fred Lotz, St. Bernard resident and Lions Club District Governor debates his automotive decisions after completing a year as District Governor for South East Louisiana. Lotz put in excess of 35,000 miles on his 86 Buick while acting as Governor. He says he might trade cars, but thinks he will still keep this one as its' still in good shape. Lotz attended various Lions Club meetings throughout Louisiana on a daily basis throughout his tenure in office.
