Miami, Florida --Says Goodbye--Senator Hubert Humphrey sits in a phone booth at Miami International Airport this morning and says goodbye to Miami Mayor David Kennedy before leaving the city. Humphrey, whose aides said he was bound for Washington, ran second to Alabama Governor George Wallace in the Tuesday presidential primary in Florida.
