Private Roux Carlo, 23, who lost a leg while fighting with the Italian Liberation Army at Bologna, casts his ballot in the election in Rome, June 2, at a polling place at San Carlo Hospital. Voters upset the House of Savoy, casting more than 12,000.000 votes against it.
