1976 Press Photo Barbara and Peter Jenkins, on a continuation of walking trek

Barbara and Peter Jenkins recently set out from New Orleans on a continuation of "Peter's walking trek across the United States. His original goal was to find a purpose to life and to "find some good people who had high moral standards." He found them and plans to meet some more and spread the word about how great God and America are as he goes. While in New Orleans he picked up a walking companion - his new wife Barbara, who he met here at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
