Citing from recent statistics compiled by Doctor James Bobo of the University of New Orleans which assessed that "New Orleans has a higher portion of women recently separated and divorced that the national average," Miss Laughlin says that the seminar, sponsored by the Women's Center of Loyola University, will endeavor to "provide an emotional supportive experience" for a person to make the transition from a partnership to a single life.
