Transition at Krauss-- Named the new president of Krauss Co. Ltd., only the fourth in the department store's 76-year history, was Hugo Kahn (right), a 19-year veteran of the retail merchandising business. With him is Jimmy Heymann, who formerly held the post and will continue as chairman of the board. The Heymann family has owned the New Orleans firm for nearly 60 years.
