A happy couple is William Harmon of Maringouin and his proxy bride, the former Miss Myriam Ariza of Barrnquilla, Colombia, as they meet Tuesday at Moisant International Airport. A short time later they were married a second time in their Jena St. apartment. The first ceremony Monday spanned 1785 miles by telephone.
