Pipelines - J.A. Horner has assumed the presidency of Shell Pipe Line Corporation, the Houston based firm announced last week. Formerly secretary of the Shell Oil Company in New York, Horner succeeds Joe T. Dickerson, who retired on January 1 after 33 years of service with the Shell companies.
