1971 Press Photo Louisiana-Mrs. Dorothy Jones, honored as a top woman leader

A West Monroe girl with aspirations to become a lawyer, and a 15-year-old junior from Gloster, in DeSoto Parish, have been named first-place winners in the 1971 North Louisiana Good Provider Contest. They are Judy Jones, whose mother also was honored this year as one of two adult local leaders in the district, and Gregg Howe, the younger brother of a former first-place winner Mary Howe.
