Red Cross - Presenting a certificate of appreciation to Bernhardt C. Heebe, left, the outgoing chapter chairman, is Senator Alvin T. Stumpf, honorary chapter chairman. Last night's meeting also included reports from the national convention, by Mrs. John G. Fife and Bertucci: Junior Red Croos leadership training by Miss Sally Evans, and recognition of volunteers by Mrs. Charles A. Henricks Jr. Heebe, who presided at the meeting, was honored with a certificate of merit for his "outstanding leadership" as chapter chairman during the past two years.
