Mrs. Roy A. Hemelt, president of the Greater New Orleans Interns' and Residents' Wives' Club, was elected treasurer of the six-state Region 8 during the 14th national Women's Auxiliary, Student American Medical Association, convention in St. Louis, Mo. Mrs. V.E. Cutler also represented the New Orleans WASAMA group at his national session.
