Speakers at the two-day symposium on "Minimal Brain Dysfunction" at the Royal Orleans which ended Saturday included Dr. Sam Clements, Little Rock, Arkansas, director of the child study unit at the University of Arkansas Medical Center, and Dr. Nancy Haslett, assistant professor of psychiatry and head of the division of child psychiatry at Louisiana State University School of Medicine. - According to Dr. Samuel Clements, of Little Rock, Arkansas, mental retardation, muscular dystrophy and epilepsy all come under the classification of severe brain dysfunction.
